Does the information come back to our systems?

Yes. The sync is two-way. altaFlow pulls data from the system that owns the process into the document, and pushes completed values back to update existing records or create new ones. There is no limit on the number of related objects or fields, though high field counts can affect performance, so large builds get scoped with you.
We have dozens of near-duplicate forms and templates. Does that change?

Yes, and it is usually the largest single saving. Conditional logic and dynamic tables build the right document in one pass, so one template covers the scenarios that previously needed a copy each. Tools that cannot hide table columns dynamically force four to eight copies of every table.
Can approvals depend on the amount or the department?
