AES-256 Encryption All documents are encrypted using the NSA-developed AES-256 algorithm. Data transfers between users and servers are protected against external access. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest.  
Zero password storage We never store your passwords. All credentials are securely hashed and salted using SHA-512 encryption, ensuring your access remains protected even in the unlikely event of a breach.  
Secure backups & recovery altaFlow maintains regular backups for business continuity and disaster recovery. Your workflows and data are protected from accidental deletion, corruption, or system failures.  
Payment security We don't store payment details. All transactions are processed through third-party payment processors that meet PCI DSS requirements, keeping your financial data secure.

Secure infrastructure access altaFlow personnel access system infrastructure exclusively through VPN connections to AWS servers. Servers are protected from unauthorized access and can only be reached through specific, authenticated VPN channels.  
Multi-factor authentication Every altaFlow team member is required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all system access—no exceptions.  
Protected devices Team member devices are secured with antivirus software, full-disk encryption, automatic device locking, and regularly updated security patches.
