The price book changes Monday. So does every contract.

altaFlow generates contracts from the Salesforce record, routes approvals, collects the signature, and writes the signed values back. Your revenue operations team owns the templates, the routing, and the logic. No code, live in weeks.

What revenue operations, renewals, and the Salesforce administrator stop doing by hand

When products or prices change, update the paperwork without waiting on anybody.

A pricing change reaches every contract the same day.

Conditional logic and dynamic tables build the right contract in one pass, edited in a drag-and-drop builder your team runs, so one template flexes to every scenario instead of the copy-per-variation library you maintain now.

Workflows

  • Price book and product updates.
  • Regional and entity clause variants.
  • New motions and pilot programs.

Send a contract that says exactly what was sold, and have what the customer signed show up in the records.

The forecast matches the paper, and the record proves it.

Contracts generate from the opportunity and the signed result writes back automatically, with no limit on the related objects or fields the document can pull from, so the system of record stays true without anyone reconciling it.

Workflows

  • Quote and order form generation.
  • Signed value write-back.
  • Closed-won data hygiene.

Get every renewal and every batch out the door on time in the busy season, without the team working nights.

Renewal season stops requiring nights and weekends.

Generation runs on a schedule from the record and one package goes to many recipients in a single send, with prior term data carried forward, so volume is a queue rather than a staffing plan.

Workflows

  • Scheduled renewal generation.
  • Batch order forms.
  • Amendment and true-up cycles.

Where the revenue process actually leaks

A price change is approved in one meeting and lands in the templates six weeks later, because changing them means opening a ticket.
The closed-won amount and the signed order form disagree, and finding out which one is right takes an afternoon.
Renewals go out one at a time in the last week of the quarter, because the batch send was never built.

From the price book to the signed renewal and back

Step 1

Start from the record

Start from the record - altaFlow Revenue Operations

The document launches from any object layout, opportunity, account, contract, or a custom object, and pulls its values straight from that record.

Step 2

Generate

Generate - altaFlow Revenue Operations

Conditional logic selects the right terms, clauses, and dynamic tables in one pass, so the contract is correct on the first build rather than after three edits.

Step 3

Approve and sign

Approve and sign - altaFlow Revenue Operations

Conditional approval gates run before anything leaves, then the customer signs on any device with live status visible on the record.

Step 4

Write back

Write back - altaFlow Revenue Operations

Signed values sync back to the opportunity and any custom object, and the executed document attaches to the record automatically.

Build

Document Generation

Quotes, order forms, renewals, and amendments generated from record data, with conditional clauses and dynamic tables that flex to the deal instead of forcing a new template.

Templates

One conditional template in place of the copy-per-scenario library, owned and edited by revenue operations rather than filed as a request.

E-sign & Fill out

Multi-step signing on any device, in close to 30 languages, with a legally binding signature record behind every completion.

Automate

Workflow Configuration

Conditional approval gates and autostart triggers from Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or a schedule, configured without code.

Automation Bots

Pre-fill bots populate every document in a package from the same record, and dynamic dropdowns pull products straight from the price book.

Notifications and Reminders

Real-time alerts when a contract is viewed or signed, plus scheduled reminders and text-message delivery on the ones that stall.

Integrate

Native CRM Integrations

Two-way sync with your customer relationship management system: Salesforce first, then Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite. Send from any record, batch on a schedule, and store the signed file automatically.

Integration Bots

Move contract data into billing, the general ledger, and the reporting stack without a manual export.

APIs for Developers

A documented application programming interface, so generation and signature can be embedded into a partner portal or a quoting tool your team built.

Manage

Reporting and Data Export

Dashboards on cycle time and stalled contracts, with full export into the revenue reporting your team already runs.

Document Tracking and Audit

Live status on every contract and a complete activity log with the signer, the internet protocol address, and the timestamp.

Team and Access Management

Roles, teams, and workspaces that match how the revenue org is split, so a region or business unit runs its own templates without touching anyone else's.

It writes back to the systems you already run

Whichever system the process lives in, the finished document and its data go back there.

In At The Deep End

“I like the best the fact that the software is so simple to use yet so powerful. With a few clicks of a button, you can create multipage/document forms that are pre-populated based on information users already supply. The fact that somebody only needs to enter their name once and it replicates throughout the whole system is just amazing.“

Frequently Asked Questions

Who owns the templates and the logic after go-live?

Your revenue operations team or your Salesforce administrator, in a drag-and-drop builder with native field mapping and no code. A document button that takes 30 minutes or more to configure on a legacy tool takes about 90 seconds here.

Do signed values come back to the opportunity?

Yes. The sync is two-way. altaFlow pulls record data into the document and pushes completed values back to update existing records or create new ones, including custom objects, and attaches the executed file to the record.

We maintain hundreds of near-duplicate templates. Does that change?

Yes, and this is usually the largest single saving. Conditional logic and dynamic tables build the right document in one pass, so one template covers the scenarios that previously needed a copy each. Tools that cannot hide table columns dynamically force four to eight copies of every table.

Can we generate renewals on a schedule and send them in batches?

Yes. Generation runs on a schedule from the record, prior term data prefills, and one package can go to many recipients in a single send. There is no per-envelope meter discouraging volume in a renewal season.

Can approvals depend on discount, term, or contract value?

Yes. Approval gates are conditional, so a contract under a threshold skips a sign-off and one above it picks up the additional approver automatically. Nothing leaves for signature before the gate clears.

How much of the record can a document read?

There is no limit on the number of related objects or fields, including custom objects. High field counts can affect performance, so large builds get scoped with you before they go live rather than after.

How is it priced? Do we pay per envelope?

No. Pricing is a site license with unlimited users, so quarter-end volume does not raise the bill. Per-envelope pricing does the opposite: the meter tells you to send fewer documents in exactly the weeks you need to send more.

We already have an eSignature tool and a configure, price, quote tool. What does altaFlow replace?

Signature is the last step, not the process, and pricing configuration sits upstream of it. altaFlow covers five capabilities in one platform: document generation, PDF editing, workflow automation, contract management, and eSignature, at 30 to 40% less than the incumbent stack. Keep the signature tool you already run if you want to. Native SignNow integration is the better-together path.

Bring the renewal batch and the template library you are maintaining.

In thirty minutes we rebuild it as one conditional template and show the signed values landing back on the record.
