Manufacturing

Take the request once. Every document after that fills itself.

altaFlow builds the purchase order, the vendor packet, and the inspection record from information your forms already collected, routes each one for approval and signature, and writes the result back to your planning system.

What operations, procurement, and quality stop doing by hand

Staff stop typing the same information twice.

Take the request down once and trust it is right everywhere we keep it.

The request form writes straight into the planning system, so the approved order and the record on the floor never disagree about quantity, part, or terms.

Workflows

  • Purchase order requests
  • Vendor and supplier onboarding
  • Work order intake

Work that waited days finishes in minutes.

Get everything signed by everyone who needs to sign, without chasing people all week.

Documents route to the next approver in order, remind the ones who stall, and let a plant manager see where an order is sitting without walking to another building.

Workflows

  • Purchase order approvals
  • Supplier agreements and terms
  • Change and deviation requests

A spec change reaches the paperwork the same day.

When products or specifications change, update our own documents without waiting on anybody.

Conditional logic and dynamic tables build the right document in one pass, so a revision updates one workflow instead of a folder of near-duplicate templates per plant and per line.

Workflows

  • Quality control and inspection records
  • Standard operating procedure acknowledgments
  • Certificate and compliance documentation

Where the production schedule actually slips

A buyer raises a request in a spreadsheet, and someone re-enters the same line items into the planning system before anything can be ordered.
A purchase order sits for four days because nobody can say which approval threshold it tripped.
An audit arrives and someone spends a week pulling inspection sign-offs out of email and paper binders.

From the first request to the filed record

Step 1

Capture

altaflow-manufacturing-capture-supplier-onboarding-form

A buyer, supervisor, or supplier completes a branded form on any device, and conditional fields hide every question that does not apply to that part, plant, or order type.

Step 2

Generate

altaflow-manufacturing-generate-supplier-quality-agreement

altaFlow assembles the document from what was submitted, pulling the right terms, line-item tables, and attachments for that supplier and that order.

Step 3

Route and sign

altaflow-manufacturing-route-supplier-quality-agreement

Approval gates run by value or by plant before anything goes to the supplier, then each signer receives the document in order with reminders.

Step 4

Write back

altaflow-manufacturing-write-back-box

The completed document and its data land in the planning system, filed where your operations and quality teams already look for them.

Build

Webforms

Branded request forms with field-level conditions, so a buyer or a supervisor answers only what applies to that part, plant, or order type.

Document Generation

Purchase orders, supplier agreements, and inspection records built from prefilled data, with dynamic tables carrying line items without a template per variation.

E-sign & Fill out

Multi-step signing on any device, in close to 30 languages, for suppliers and contractors across every region you buy from.

Automate

Workflow Configuration

Conditional steps and built-in approval gates, so an order under a value threshold skips a sign-off and one above it picks up the approver automatically.

Automation Bots

Pre-fill bots move data between documents, dynamic dropdowns pull part and supplier lists from your systems, and scanned data extraction reads an uploaded certificate.

Notifications and Reminders

Real-time alerts when a document is viewed or completed, scheduled follow-ups, and delivery by text message to people who are not at a desk.

Integrate

Native CRM Integrations

Two-way sync with your enterprise systems, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or NetSuite. Completed documents update the existing record or create a new one.

Integration Bots

Governed data and document movement into planning, quality, and document management systems, with autostart triggers from a schedule or a system event.

APIs for Developers

A documented application programming interface, so intake, generation, and signature can be embedded into a supplier portal your own team built.

Manage

Document Tracking and Audit

Real-time status on every order and record, and a complete activity log with the signer, the internet protocol address, and the timestamp.

Team and Access Management

Granular roles, teams, and workspaces per plant or business unit, so each site runs its own workflows under one standard.

Reporting and Data Export

Dashboards on cycle time and stalled documents, with full export for the analysis your operations team already runs.

It writes back to the systems you already run

Whichever system the process lives in, the finished document and its data go back there.

Start Fast with Prebuilt Manufacturing Workflow Templates

Security at the core

Enterprise-grade security and compliance

SSO, role‑based access, audit trails, data retention, and encryption. Built to support regulated use cases with governance across every workflow.

“I like the best the fact that the software is so simple to use yet so powerful. With a few clicks of a button, you can create multipage/document forms that are pre-populated based on information users already supply. The fact that somebody only needs to enter their name once and it replicates throughout the whole system is just amazing.“

Frequently Asked Questions

Which systems do you integrate with? altaFlow connects natively to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and NetSuite, and through integration bots to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Google Workspace. For a planning, execution, or quality system, the connection is built against the interface your plants already expose, and the completed document plus its data are written back to the record. Bring your system to the demo and we will show the write-back running.
Can approvals depend on order value or plant? Yes. Approval gates are conditional, so an order under a threshold skips a sign-off and one above it picks up the additional approver automatically. Different plants can run different thresholds under the same standard workflow.
Can each plant change its own forms? Yes. Every site gets its own workspace, and the person who owns the process edits the form and the routing in a drag-and-drop builder. Adding a signer or changing a field takes minutes and does not require a developer.
We keep a separate template for every part and every line. Does that change? Yes, and it is usually the largest single saving. Conditional logic and dynamic tables build the right document in one pass, so one workflow covers the variations that previously needed a copy each.
How long until we are live? Weeks, not quarters. Setup time drops from more than 100 hours to 20 to 30, roughly 80% faster than building the same thing by hand. Results vary. The pattern that works is one process live at one plant first, then the rest of the sites.
Can suppliers complete documents without an account? Yes. Documents are shared by email or a direct link and signed on any device, in close to 30 languages, with no software for the supplier to install.
How is it priced? Do we pay per signature? No. Pricing is a site license with unlimited users, so a production ramp or a new supplier program does not raise the bill and nobody has to ration signatures. Per-envelope pricing does the opposite: the meter tells you to send fewer documents in exactly the weeks you need to send more.
We already have an eSignature tool. What does altaFlow replace? Signature is the last step, not the process. altaFlow covers five capabilities in one platform: document generation, PDF editing, workflow automation, contract management, and eSignature, at 30 to 40% less than the incumbent stack. If you want to keep the signature tool you already run, ask about the integration path in the demo, because it depends on the tool.

Bring the order that takes your team the longest.

In thirty minutes we build it, run it, and show you the data landing back in your planning system.
